On Monday, NHK revealed the artist lineup for this year's Kohaku Uta Gassen. 50 acts will be performing this year, evenly split between the Red and White Teams. Eight of the artists are appearing on Kohaku for the first time, including Arashi, NYC boys, and Kaela Kimura.

Other notable artists include Masaharu Fukuyama, who previously appeared on Kohaku 16 years ago, and Ayaka, who will be performing on stage for the last time before she goes on hiatus.

Arashi danced with 44 disney characters, they sang Disney's Christmas Medley and Arashi's Medley! ^_^
The premium night was 45 minuts long, also with awesome fireworks! ^__^

ディズニーシーに嵐！超プレミアムイベント ７０００人招待に５００万通！！
５人組人気グループ「嵐」が２０日夜、東京ディズニーシーを貸し切って、プレミアムイベントを開催した。
５人は船に乗って「メディテレーニアンハーバー」という水上エリアに登場すると、「Ｏｎｅ Ｌｏｖｅ」「Ａ・ＲＡ・ＳＨＩ」など代表曲６曲をメドレー形式で歌い踊った。これまで矢沢永吉、東方神起らも同所でイベントを行っている。最後はミッキーマウスら４４体のキャラクターと共に全員集合し、花火の下で幻想的なフィナーレを飾った。
会場には抽選で無料招待（ペア）された約７０００人のファンが集合したが、５００万通を超える応募が殺到したという約１４００倍の超プレミアイベント。松本潤（２６）も「ウチの家族もあえなく落選でした」と苦笑い。５人とも子供のころからディズニーリゾートに通い詰めたとあって感激した様子で、リーダーの大野智（２８）は「信じられない。不思議な気持ちです」と話した。
また日本テレビ系「ＮＥＷＳ ＺＥＲＯ」で共演中の小林麻央が市川海老蔵と婚約発表した件について櫻井翔（２７）は「驚きました。いろんなところに配慮できる方なのですてきな家庭を築かれると思います」と祝福した。
